Use “Book an appointment” to open the booking system. Choose an initial online consultation if this is your first visit, select an available time and follow the confirmation instructions. Complete any forms requested before the appointment and share relevant results you already have through the booking platform as instructed. Bring a list of your medication and the questions you would like to ask. You do not need to arrange hormone tests simply to book; we can discuss whether investigations are needed during your consultation.

Join from a private, quiet space using the consultation link provided. We will spend approximately 45 minutes exploring your symptoms, medical history and priorities. You will have time to ask questions and discuss suitable options, including benefits, risks and alternatives. Together, we will agree on your next steps.

Medical services are provided from Germany. Online care is offered where clinically appropriate; it cannot include a physical examination. You may need local examinations, investigations or monitoring. We will discuss any further care you need, and a written medical summary may be provided where appropriate. This service is not suitable for emergencies.

Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate; a consultation does not guarantee a prescription or a particular medication. You are free to choose your pharmacy. At your request, a prescription may be sent directly to a pharmacy. Availability and dispensing depend on the rules and pharmacy policies in your country. We will discuss the practical arrangements with you.

A follow-up is usually recommended 6–8 weeks after starting treatment, with the schedule tailored to your needs. This gives us time to review your response and adjust your plan.

Follow-up consultation: approximately €60 · 20 minutes.

MenoCare is a private practice for self-paying and privately insured patients. Fees are based on an individual agreement and the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ). Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed; additional services may incur fees.
